At Global Entry US, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Items reported after the 7-day return period

Return Process

To initiate a return, you must contact our support team by emailing:

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Refund Policy

We process refunds only in cash, as we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.

Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

  • If the item is returned and inspected successfully
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

Refund Timeline

  • Return requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
  • After approval and item inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued in cash
  • The refund may be provided through a return pickup process or a mutually agreed method of cash settlement

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping may be covered by us
  • For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
