Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase or order confirmation
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items reported after the 7-day return period

Refund Policy
We process refunds only in cash, as we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If the item is returned and inspected successfully
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
Refund Timeline
- Return requests are reviewed within 2–3 business days
- After approval and item inspection, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

- The refund may be provided through a return pickup process or a mutually agreed method of cash settlement
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), return shipping may be covered by us
- For all other returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs
